Term & Conditions

Thank you so much for choosing our services and we would like to share our terms and conditions as below then you are happy to go head the booking with us! Please feel free to take your time to read carefully and ensure you fully understand them.
 
I/ Reservations:

  1. Once we receive your tour inquiry, one of our travel experts will help you to design a trip based on your requests in no more than 24 hours.
 
  1. After you decide to go on a trip with us, we will ask for 30% of total of your booking as deposit.  Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your reservation. However, for larger groups, the deposit will be of a higher amount based on suppliers fees, such as hotels, airlines etc.
 
  1. Once the booking is confirmed, our travel experts will send you all confirmation in details including your proposed flights, hotels voucher, a detailed itinerary, Invoice for Deposit, Vietnam Visa if yes, etc... . If any conditions should change after your confirmation, Grand Vietnam tours reserves the right to make adjustments and offer you similar alternatives.


II/ Payment method:
You can choose one of our payment methods as below for your booking:

  1. Wire transfer (Bank transfer)
  2. Credit Card at Wise Transfer at https://wise.com/ or Onepay System at https://www.onepay.vn/
  3. Detailed payment guide will be emailed to you by your travel consultant.70% of remaining payment will be paid upon you arrive in Vietnam.
 
III/ Cancellation & Refund policy:
 
  1. Booking cancellation must be made by email at your soonest time
  2. Cancellation 10 days prior to the arrival date
  3. Free of charge for transportations, guides, meals, entrance fees
  4. For hotels, we will apply a charge equivalent to 50% of room rates
  5. For internal flights, depending on each airline & each flight route, it can range from $15 USD/Person/Flight to $50 USD/Person/Flight
  6. For E-visa fee of $35 usd/Person, it is nonrefundable from our Immigration & Emigration Department.
  7. Cancellation 4 to 6 days prior to the arrival date
  8. Free of charge for transportations, guides, meals, entrance fees
  9. For hotels, we will apply a charge equivalent to 70% of room rates
  10. For internal flights, depending on each airline & each flight route, it can range from $15 USD/Person/Flight to $50 USD/Person/Flight
  11. For E-visa fee of $35 usd/Person, it is nonrefundable from our Immigration & Emigration Department.
  12. Cancellation 3 days prior to arrival date or No show
  13. Free of charge for transportations, guides, meals, entrance fees
  14. For hotels, we will apply a charge equivalent to 100% of room rates
  15. For internal flights, depending on each airline & each flight route, it can range from $15 USD/Person/Flight to $50 USD/Person/Flight
For E-visa fee of $35 usd/Person, it is nonrefundable from our Immigration & Emigration Department.
 
Note: Depending on your cancellation reasons, we will discuss with our suppliers for lowest charges. Normally, we can always get support from our hotels for lower charges comparing to above policies, however, the airlines will have fixed cancellation fees. 
 
IV/ Alteration of Itinerary:
After you receive the booking confirmation, if you changes any different departure date or destination may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
 
While we endeavor to offer all tours as described, we reserve the right to change your itinerary if flight schedule or overland transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make it necessary to make such amendments. In such event, any increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged or refunded accordingly. If it is you who requests any amendments, you will be liable for any additional costs.
 
V/ Travel Documents
You are required to carry a passport valid for at least 6 months and all the necessary visas, and you are responsible for its accuracy and validity. We will not be responsible for any failure in this respect. You must clearly provide your full name on passport; otherwise, we are not liable for any resulting delays and transport failure. Besides, we strongly recommend you buy travel insurance in advance to cover any accident that may occur.
 
VI/ Travel Insurance
We hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip with us. But it is also important to make sure that you are properly insured to protect against any unforeseen circumstances. Before your date of departure, we strongly recommend you obtain proper insurances to cover a wide range of unforeseen loss and damages, including baggage damage or loss, flight delays or cancellations, etc.
 
VII/ Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, we shall not be responsible for but will use all reasonable endeavours to remedy as quickly as possible the effects of Force Majeure for the best of our clients.
 
VIII/ Complaints
Please let us know whenever you are unhappy with our service by informing your tour guide or personal travel consultant so that we can provide you with better experiences.
